SHIPPING  + PROCESSING

Please keep in mind your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All Orders are shipped after they are processed Mon-Fri at 5PM. Expected delivery is 2-3 business days.

PROCESSING

All wig orders are processed between 7 to 10 business days or sooner (excluding weekends and holidays) wigs need time for customizing and or coloring, please allow the minimum of 10 business days to receive updates about your order. Once you receive your order confirmation email, You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control

Once your package is shipped and you receive a tracking number we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, stolen or damaged items. We ask that you contact USPS for additional information. We can not look for your package for you.
