Return/Refund Policy
If you’re looking to cancel, return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Due to the nature of our products All sales are final and non refundable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • All wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Hair extensions and wigs are eligible for exchange only if we send you the wrong order 
  • Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original state lace still intact or manipulated in any way.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Digital products, instant downloads, video tutorials, e-books, vendor lists are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Hair products are final sale and non-refundable
  • Hair Accessories are non-refundable
  • Deposits made for 1 on 1 class are non-refundable
  • Virtual wig class is non-refundable
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided
  • Exchanges will be replaced in 7-14 business days after we receive the product back
  • You will not be charged any additional shipping fees
  • Lost and or damaged returns can not be replaced
